Join established vegan chefs and/or authors and welcome some fresh faces to the scene!  This is a week long, online webinar, featuring a different chef each day.  Admission is free for the first full showing. Each chef offers their own unique flare and perspective.  Each day is different.  Minimally, you will watch them prepare their favorite dish. Some share a free gift and great knowledge nuggets as well.

Day 1:  
Violett Beane
Violett Beane is an actress from Austin, TX who currently resides in NYC as she films the TV show God Friended Me to be released Sept, 2018. Violett also played Jesse Wells in the TV show The Flash among other things. 

A passionate chef, Violett is plant-based and gluten-free. She posts videos of her vegan and gluten free creations on her Instagram live when she has free time. 

When asked about a vegan diet, she says not to be so hard on yourself. People put a lot of restrictions on themselves and each other when it comes to labels. Making the conscious decision to choose a meal without meat or to buy a vegan cheese at the grocery is more important and beneficial for yourself, animals and our planet than trying veganism for a month and giving up completely. 
Day 2: 
Victoria Moran
Victoria Moran is the author of thirteen groundbreaking books about inner and outer wellbeing, and has appeared on The Oprah Show, Today Show, Good Morning America, and NPR’s All Things Considered. She’s been an ethical vegan for thirty-five years, maintaining a 60-pound weight loss as a result. 

A moving and engaging speaker, a certified holistic health counselor (CHHC, AADP) and graduate of the eCornell University in plant-based nutrition, Victoria is the founder of Main Street Vegan Academy, training Vegan Lifestyle Coaches and Educators in a boutique program in Manhattan with graduates from twenty-four countries. She hosts the weekly Main Street Vegan radio show/podcast, recipient of a Vegan Media Outlet 2015 Award. She lives with her husband and their rescue dog, Forbes, and a one-eyed rescue pigeon, Thunder, in a LEED-certified green condominium in Harlem.
Day 3: 
Chef AJ
Chef AJ has been devoted to a plant-based diet for almost 40 years. She is the host of the television series Healthy Living with CHEF AJ which airs on Foody TV. A chef, culinary instructor and professional speaker, she is author of the popular book Unprocessed: How to Achieve Vibrant Health and Your Ideal Weight.

Based in Los Angeles, Chef AJ teaches how to create meals to transform health, how to deal with cravings and food addiction and addresses the emotional side of eating. She is the creator of The Ultimate Weight Loss Program, was the Executive Pastry Chef at Sante La Brea Restaurant in Los Angeles, creator of Healthy Taste of LA and the YouTube cooking show The Chef and the Dietitian. Chef AJ holds a certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from eCornell University and is a member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. 
Day 4: 
Laura Christine Sainz
Laura Christine Sainz is the CEO & Founder of Live Vegan Vibrantly, a transformational and healthy lifestyle coaching company that provides integrative medicinal practices and holistic services to teach, train, educate, and empower individuals to successfully sustain a healthy whole-food, plant-based lifestyle and live meaningful, passionate lives. 

 As a master health and transformational lifestyle expert, world traveler, and public educator, Laura works with top leaders in her field, while inspiring the world and individuals to take their lives to the next level of optimal health and healing, while living the life of their dreams. Her unique approach combines integrative medicine, emotional intelligence, macrobiotics, whole-food, plant-based nutrition, raw cuisine, yoga, self love and holistic practices. 

 Laura is a Certified Bikram YogaTeacher, has a BA in Psychology  from Arizona State University, and Certified Integrative Medicinal Cooking Instructor from the University of California San Diego.  

Day 5: 
Kat Moss Medenhall
A Texas vegan activist, Kat Mendenhall, Purveyor of Handmade Vegan Goods, is on a mission to disrupt the fashion industry by offering a line of cruelty-free cowboy boots and other non-leather accessories. Kat believes animals should not suffer for fashion and creates high-end beautiful products that replace the use of animals without sacrificing quality.
She is a master vegan lifestyle coach and educator certified by Main Street Vegan Academy, a culinary nutrition expert certified by The Academy of Culinary Nutrition, certified in plant-based nutrition through eCornell University, and a Food For Life Instructor certified by Physicians Committee. 


Day 6: 
Mark Reinfeld
Mark Reinfeld is the 2017 Inductee into the Vegetarian Hall of Fame. He is a multi-award winning chef and author of eight books, including the best selling 30 Minute Vegan series and his latest book, Healing the Vegan Way, selected as the #1 book for Vegans in 2016 by Philly.com. Mark has over 20 years of experience preparing creative vegan and raw cuisine. Since 2012, he has served as the Executive Chef for the North American Vegetarian Society’s Summerfest. He has offered consulting services for clients such as Google, Whole Foods,The Humane Society, Bon Appetit Management, Aramark, Sodexo, and more. Mark was the founding chef of The Blossoming Lotus Restaurant, voted "Best Restaurant on Kaua’i."

His two-part online culinary course, offered in conjunction with the Vegetarian Times.
Day 7: 
Brooke Ali
Brooke is the Godmother and Founder of GreenSpark Mafia.  She has been plant-based for over 8 years and has made it her mission to share the goodness of going plant-based.  

Brooke is a Culinary Nutrition Expert from the Academy of Culinary Nutrition, and certification in Plant- Based Nutrition through eCornell University, a Master Student of Live Vegan Vibrantly and holds a Bachelor of Arts through the University of Minnesota. 

Brooke wrote EnvironEat: How to Save the Planet & Your Health in 7 Days and built it into an online web course with coaching so that it meets clients where they are in their journey to get more plant-based & gluten-free foods into their lifestyle. 

Brooke wanted to bring authors and chefs together in order to share amazing plant based-food and the Plant-Based Chef Retreat was born.
